Project Planning
Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the clients requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
Validate Design to BOQ is accurate.
Determine optimum method of operations to achieve the required finished product efficiently.
Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines
Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage
Plan for projects to be delivered to the client basis the requests raised during the contract period
Take measures towards task completion in case of exigencies to ensure timely delivery of projects
Reviews each project plan against the performance and create the annual spend.
Ensure complete documentation of communication with all stakeholders and ensure that all have the required information
