The purpose of the role includes:
To deliver projects using best practice and are delivered within the agreed scope time cost and quality.
Planning and design in the field of Mechanical Electrical and plumbing (MEP) practice
Developing policies standards inspection procedures and evaluation tools for MEP concerns along with preparing reviewing drawings specifications and cost estimates for the mechanical Electrical and Plumbing
To work directly with the Client/Vendor to develop the project schedule define the research instrument (moderator s guide questionnaire etc.)
To develop an analysis plan and coordinate all communications.
