Role Overview: Senior Project Manager Government Banking Projects

As leading outsourcing partners we are hiring for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to be deployed at our client site which is a leading private sector bank in India known for its customercentric approach and innovative banking solutions. With a strong presence across the country the organization provides a wide range of banking and financial services to individuals businesses and corporates emphasizing technological advancements and personalized service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling Agency Bank NonAgency CMS related online and bank products and other banking adhoc governmentrelated projects. The candidate should be proficient in endtoend vendor onboarding processes and familiar with essential banking documents such as BRD FRD ORMC UAT RECON SOP etc.

Required Skills:

Agency Bank Expertise: The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various agency banking systems including CBDT GST ICEGATE and STATE Taxes. Experience in implementing solutions and navigating regulatory frameworks within these agencies is essential.

NonAgency Projects: Handson experience with PFMS SNA Models 1 2 3 & 4 is required. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing nonagency projects in the banking sector.

CMS and Bank Products: Proficiency in managing CMS related online platforms and bank products is crucial. The candidate should be adept at overseeing the implementation of CMS solutions and ensuring seamless integration with banking systems.

Government Adhoc Projects: Experience in handling various adhoc governmentrelated projects within the banking domain would be an advantage. The candidate should showcase versatility in adapting to different project requirements and delivering results within specified timelines.

Vendor Onboarding: Strong expertise in endtoend vendor onboarding processes is necessary. The candidate should have the ability to evaluate and onboard vendors effectively ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.

Projects an Ideal Candidate Should Have Worked On:

Implementation of CBDT GST ICEGATE and STATE Taxes systems for agency banking.

Successful execution of PFMS SNA Models 1 2 3 & 4 projects.

Management of CMSrelated online platforms and integration with bank products.

Participation in various adhoc governmentrelated projects demonstrating adaptability and problemsolving skills.

Endtoend vendor onboarding processes ensuring compliance with banking regulations and standards.

Additional Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders vendors and government agencies.

Proven leadership abilities to lead project teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex banking regulations and technical requirements.

Project management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
