**Position Overview:**

As a Project Manager with expertise in concrete structure residential projects surpassing 5 stories you will play a key role in overseeing the planning execution and successful completion of our construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects from conception to delivery while ensuring adherence to quality safety and budgetary requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress resolve issues and ensure quality control.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration and communication.

Prepare and present project status reports budgets and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges to minimize disruptions and delays.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency productivity and profitability.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on concrete structure residential projects exceeding 5 stories.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Strong knowledge of construction methods techniques and materials particularly related to highrise residential developments.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 Procore or similar.

Ability to prioritize tasks make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP LEED) and licensure are highly desirable.
