Responsibilities of Project Manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate and lead crossfunctional project teams providing clear direction support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met within defined timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively communicate project status risks and issues and make necessary adjustments to project plans as needed.
• Conduct regular project meetings prepare status reports and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project progress risks and key decisions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards change management processes and industry best practices in all project activities.

Requirements for Project Manager

• Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
• Knowledge of both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Any graduate (MBA preferred)
• Ability to create and manage project plans schedules and budgets.
• Have a solid technical background in IT to effectively communicate and understand the requirements and complexities of IT projects.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and common IT technologies and frameworks.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficient in identifying and managing project risks. Ability to proactively assess potential risks develop mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans when necessary. Familiarity with risk assessment techniques and tools.
• Strong financial management skills to effectively manage project budgets track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
• Possess a proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate through project complexities and changing requirements.
• Ability to quickly adjust project plans and strategies to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
• Understand and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
