Project Manager

Looking for a Construction Project manager for an exciting groundup project in the Sparks NV area.
Responsibilities:

• Identify project risks and opportunities and actively manage throughout the project life cycle
• Creation of project estimates/budgets and scope outline
• Lead and work crossfunctionally with project coordinators superintendents buyers engineers craft
• Ongoing collaboration with counterparts and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and environmental standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to problems in Construction
• Communicate effectively in a technical and non technical manner both
• Ensure on time or ahead of time delivery of construction projects enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution
• Maintain P6 schedule and track budgets
• Other duties may be assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• 512 yrs. experience in industrial construction projects required
• Experience with funding review & preparing for funding approval at high level (C level approval)
• Experience with $100M industrial or commercial projects (Larger projects is OK too)
• Construction related degree required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Aconex Bluebeam P6
• Knowledge of AISC ACI ASTM AIS standards required
• Medium voltage knowledge
