Project Manager

This position is accountable for common project management tasks with the focus on quality time and budget as well as the respective presales activities and handover to the support. The Project Manager will coordinate all parties in the practice.

The ideal resource would have project management experience in leading multiple projects concurrently. The candidate must have the ability to quickly learn and understand how to manage projects on a daily basis. The candidate must have strong communication and organization skills to effectively work across many teams.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team with suitable project plans
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the internal project management process responsibilities in terms of standardization and reporting
• Partner with business customer and IT team to lead and coordinate projects and enhancements including project schedules and resource planning.
• Ensure IT governance project management methodology processes and tools are consistently followed
• Create and maintain project plan and budget
• Manage costs and revenue for each project (Appropriate cost estimation)
• Identify opportunities risks and constraints in projects
• Responsible for proper project controlling billing and reporting
• Provide input to and force the continual improvement of services
• Go Live and After Go Live Support and preparation

Qualifications:

• Completion of bachelors degree in Business Informatics or a related field or equivalent work experience in IT
• At least 3 years of related work experience Experience in program and project management with technical competence in SAP is a plus.
• PMP Certified is a Plus
• Excellent Communication skills analytical skills problem solving & interpersonal skills
• Skills in planning projects time management and project execution
• SAP MS Office Lotus Notes/Outlook experience
• Works well with groups or individuals and willing to lead by example
• Flexible with the capability to deliver results in a fast paced dynamic extremely complex environment.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to identify clarify and resolve issues and risks escalating them as needed.
• Ability to effectively handle pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities.
