Job Description
1. Strong IT background with more than 12 years experience with proven track record of managing the development and delivery of large/midsize enterprise level applications/products in Agile scrum methodology.
2. Good technical and conceptual knowledge in JAVA and Java related technologies RestAPIs and relational databases like MS SQL server.
3. Good knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA Azure boards etc.
4. Excellent analyzing and solutioning skills.
5. Excellent communication skills .
6. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
7. Experience managing a team of more than 25 people with strong people and performance management skills.
8. Good at Project Planning monitoring issues/risks management and control.
9. Should have good negotiation skills.
10. Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
11. Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients team and the management.
12. Determining and overseeing consistent testing evaluation and troubleshooting of all projects/products in all stages of completion.
13. Tracking milestones deliverables and change requests.
14. Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
15. Good leadership decisionmaking and organization skills.
16. AWS/Azure cloud services exposure/experience
