- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Technician or Practical Engineer - Compulsory.
- About 3 years of experience in project management, conducting a project management course - an advantage.
- Experience working with clients in Israel and abroad.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting negotiations.
- Ability to work in a team, motivate employees, matrix management.
- High level English - speaking, reading and writing.
- Willingness to travel abroad if necessary.
