Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Developing detailed project plans and ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope
schedule and costs.
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:
Good educational background preferably in the fields of Graduate Degree in
Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation engineering for technical project managers.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Problemsolving aptitude.

Customer Management:
Maintaining good customer Rapport throughout project execution
Should be able to acquire Happiness Certificate from customer.
