Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal resources and crossfunctional teams for flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget
Act as a scrum master and ensure all teams execute operate in sprints / follow agile project management
frameworks
Measure team s efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks undertaken
Publish resource availability and allocation goal tracking across projects
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress of team s goals and progress
Support leads with appropriate data and verification techniques to manage changes to project scope
schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate to management as needed to preempt /
mitigate risks to delivery success
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation related to collaboration across teams
Conduct trainings on agile for relevant members on the team
Requirements
Requirements and skills
Good aptitude and an analytical/datadriven mindset
An engineering background is preferred for technical conversations with product / engineering teams
Excellent interpersonal skills and working proficiency in collaborating with crossfunctional teams
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
A technical background with understanding or handson experience in software BI or web development
is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail diligence discipline and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Powerpoint
Strong working knowledge of ClickUp or an equivalent project management tool
PMP or relevant project management certification is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience in related field Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data Demonstrate Strong Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI and Python Handle databases and reporting tools with ease Implement automation through advanced Excel in areas such as validation and file handling
