What Youll Do:

• Lead Customer Engagement: Coordinate weekly meetings with customers to understand their needs and create bimonthly forecasts to ensure we meet their expectations.
• Project Planning and Execution: Create work orders schedule projects and determine timelines and project lengths ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Customer Relationship Management: Handle invoicing address any customer issues promptly and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitor finished products in the warehouse run inventory status reports and make adjustments as necessary to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain work order files project checklists and other necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience and Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but we also value equivalent experience. You should have 35 years of manufacturing or project management experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Customer Focus: Experience in product sales or customer service is a plus along with a strong ability to maintain customer relationships.
• Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude equipment operations experience and a background in food quality and engineering are highly desirable.
• Leadership Abilities: Previous project management experience and the ability to lead teams and meetings effectively are essential for success in this role.
