Project Manager

• Plan organize and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to the required standard.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members including construction supervisors and laborers.
• Respond to projectrelated issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure costeffective solutions and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction sites.
• Prepare detailed site quality reports including documentation of work progress deviations and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the clients point of contact to address projectrelated queries provide regular updates and obtain completion certification.
• Oversee the execution of construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines specifications and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of safety onsite and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong project management skills including the ability to plan organize and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management particularly in sourcing vendors and contractors for various construction trades.
• Strong knowledge of foundation works steel and PUF erections and MEP services.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and project management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction civil engineering drawings
• manufacturing and fabrication drawings as well as project plans.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for viewing and analyzing construction drawings and project plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects engineers and other project
• stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of construction materials their specifications and appropriate applications.
• Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues or conflicts in drawings and plans and propose solutions.

• Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends standards and
