The Mission
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing customer projects to ensure that all project requirements are met within the conditions set by the contract and to the satisfaction of the customer. The Project Manager is also responsible for maximizing profit by monitoring opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue throughout the project. They are responsible for all activities required in the lifecycle of a project including requirements analysis designs administrative submittals equipment production and dispatch subcontractor management installation followup and monitoring commissioning and testing site acceptance and handover.
The Project Manager acts as the interface between the companys internal departments and external stakeholders ensuring balance mediation and collaboration. They are accountable for project delivery within budget on time and with the right quality. The Project Manager may also be requested to support the bid team during the acquisition of new projects.
