Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing customer projects to ensure that all project requirements are met within the conditions set by the contract and to the satisfaction of the customer. The Project Manager is also responsible for maximizing profit by monitoring opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue throughout the project. They are responsible for all activities required in the lifecycle of a project including requirements analysis designs administrative submittals equipment production and dispatch subcontractor management installation followup and monitoring commissioning and testing site acceptance and handover.

The Project Manager acts as the interface between the companys internal departments and external stakeholders ensuring balance mediation and collaboration. They are accountable for project delivery within budget on time and with the right quality. The Project Manager may also be requested to support the bid team during the acquisition of new projects.

• 5 years of experience in an engineering project delivery environment with at least 23 years in a Project Manager capacity;
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a similar associated field
• Project Management Certification
• Experience in claim management
• Detailed knowledge of Airport Business in general and/or Airfield/Gate Business is a plus
• Experience in Bid & Estimation management is a plus
• Experience in networking/servers is a plus

• Coordinate and manage customer projects ensuring all project requirements are met according to contractual conditions and customer satisfaction
• Maximize profit by identifying cost reduction opportunities and revenue increase possibilities within the project
• Perform handover with the sales department and coordinate and monitor all activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze and resolve issues to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a high level of integrity in a stressful environment
• Foster a diverse work environment and work well in a team
• Act as the interface between the companys internal departments and external stakeholders ensuring balance mediation and collaboration
• Take full responsibility for project delivery within budget on time and with the right quality
• Report to the Project Director on a monthly basis providing details about realized activities including financials and estimates for successful project completion
• Support the bid team during the acquisition of new projects when requested
