Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing kitchen remodeling projects for Kitchen TuneUp of Atlanta. They will ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of customers. The Project Manager will work closely with clients subcontractors and the sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all aspects of kitchen remodeling projects
• Create project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in project management software
• Knowledge of kitchen remodeling techniques and materials
