- Title: Project Manager.
- Exp.: 3 5 Years.
- Please note that the candidate should have experience in Agile methodology.
- CTC Range: Up to 20 LPA.
- Notice Period: Early joiners (maximum 30 Days)
- Location: NCR preferable (workfromhome currently). Remote working option is also available for good candidates from other locations.
- ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This role requires bright people who not only understand and have a penchant for software project management but also have a flair for understanding business problems and technologybased solutions. We need people who are passionate about solving business problems through technology. Extremely strong drive to learn new stuff/tools and who have an excellent eye for details.
ROLE PURPOSE
1. Delivers project(s) on schedule and within budget while satisfying agreedupon customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the project.
2. Responsible for the appropriateness quality and timeliness of all aspects of the project(s) manages the production of project estimates develops project schedule establishes measures and milestones tracks ongoing project progress.
3. Mobilizes necessary resources assembles project team assigns individual responsibilities identifies appropriate project resources and provides guidance and direction to project team members.
4. Proactively manages risks issues and scope throughout the project lifecycle prepares/presents project plans/status reports to organizational leadership project teams and client/customer groups.
