Overview

As the Project Manager you will play a key role in overseeing and executing various projects within the organization. Your strategic planning leadership and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects within scope budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver highquality results
  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project delivery processes
  • Resolve conflicts and obstacles that may impact project execution
  • Manage project resources effectively including task assignments and work allocation
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for future enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Implement and maintain project documentation and records
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Conduct postproject reviews and implement lessons learned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Sound decisionmaking and strategic planning capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
