Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver highquality results on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
• Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to stakeholders
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
• Oversee quality assurance for project deliverables
• Implement and maintain project documentation and records
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective decisionmaking
• Manage project changes and ensure proper change control
• Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies
• Provide leadership mentorship and coaching to project team members
• Conduct project postmortems and identify lessons learned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Proven experience in project management with a successful track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts effectively
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in quality assurance and process improvement
• Knowledge of relevant software and project management tools
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
