Project Manager III

Currently we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in the Enterprise Program Office (EPO). The EPO supports the enterprise goals and initiatives of all corporate areas throughout the company. These departments include Human Resources Finance (FP&A and Acctg) Enterprise Risk Management Actuarial Investments etc.

The Senior Project Manager manages projects/programs with varying degrees of complexity by assembling project teams developing project schedules critical milestones risks issues and dependencies and all supporting documents to ensure the project/program is delivered within scope schedule and cost. The Project Manager leads facilitates and influences project sponsors & stakeholders and the core project team members in the successful completion / implementation of projects/programs as defined by the business case.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Finance transformation across multiple Divisions/stakeholders; Experience managing large scale financial systems implementations specifically Oracle Cloud ERP
• Indepth knowledge or experience within Insurance or financial services and experience with Accounting & Reporting
• 8 years progressive experience in project/program management
• Demonstrated project management skills techniques & various methodologies (i.e. Agile Waterfall etc). PMP and/or Scrum certification preferred
• Highly skilled in Project Management tools specifically SmartSheet ADO and MS productivity tools (i.e. MS Project SharePoint Teams OneNote PowerPoint and Visio)
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills exhibit poise and exercise diplomacy in communication ability to influence others toward consensus conflict management and decisionmaking. Strong in critical thinking data analysis and reporting risk and controls and process improvement
• Must be a selfstarter have demonstrated experience in a lead role be well organized effectively managing their time and be a strong leader who can adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities
• A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration MBA CFA CPA or other relevant study or equivalent experience
