On behalf of our client, we are looking for a suitable incumbent to join their team :
Manage the Profit & Loss of the project department (New Installation/Upgrading)
Provide leadership to overall planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes
- variation reporting,
- monitoring of milestone progress
- the preparation of customer billing processes.
Perform project progress and costing related report to regional HQ and managements review on a regular basis.
Monitoring financial projection and progress of the project.
To attend key customers and vendors commercial meetings and actively participate in the negotiation of potential changes and variations.
Periodical site check on construction status and resolve issues as and when required.
Give advice & guidance to Project team (Manager, Engineers, supervisors, testers)

Requirements
- Proven leadership
- Degree in engineering related discipline
- Experience in construction industry as a nominated sub-contractor
