Job Description:
Manage Hardware/ Embedded Product development projects of different sizes Utilizing management skills to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverable
Project Planning tracking and status reporting
Experience in Agile Scrum Project Management

Play Scrum master role conduct Scrum ceremonies Coordinate with cross functional teams and business stake holders
Identify project risks dependencies Issues and derive effective mitigation plans to handle the same.
Elicit requirements and technical inputs from subject matter experts and business stake holders in customer organization
Good People management skills Manage Guide mentor and nurture team.
Effectively Negotiate with team members to define the teams goals work content and schedules
Education : Graduate/Post Graduate (BS/MS/B.Tech/M.Tech) in

Electronics and Communications/Electrical/Computer Science
Good to Have MBA

Required Skillset(s):
915 years of overall experience in IT industry.
Minimum 5 project management Release and delivery responsibility.
Min. 3 years in Scrum Master Role.
Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
Understand technology should help in identifying new technologies trends and help teams in adoption of the same
Ability to manage change dependencies Risks Escalations and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact
Ability to work with teams spread across geographies to deliver projects
Experience to estimate efforts using multiple techniques
Mandatory experience as HW/ Embedded Product V&V as a Tester /Test Lead in Healthcare/Pharma/Process Automation/Robotics domains.
Knowledge of networking equipment switches and cabling as well as protocol interfaces like PCIe and Ethernet BY USB used for connectivity and the physical functional logical mechanical electrical and software requirements to test them.
Experience with handson hardware bringup debugging and functional verification. Your depth of expertise in electronic design primarily analog and some digital as well as PCB design and fabrication will serve you well.
Understanding of testing and hardware qualification requirements best practices and algorithms
Experience in functional validation of Electrical and functional validation of power sensors MCU I2C SPI SMBUS and PCIe interfaces.
Mandatory SAFE Agile certification.
