Your tasks

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: enterprise customer management learner engagement and expert/coach support. If you are passionate about technology AI and education and have a knack for project management we want you on our team!

As a Project Manager at Bots & People you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers understanding their unique training needs and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries feedback and concerns related to our learning programs.
• Oversee the endtoend learning journey for our learners ensuring a seamless and engaging experience leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team in expert recruitment. Provide trainers with the necessary resources tools and support to deliver highquality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Ensure that learning programs are executed on time and within budget.

Your profile

Necessary:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• 2 years of experience in Program/Project Management or ITBusiness Management Consulting
• Experience in designing learning programs especially blended learning concepts
• Strong problemsolving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fastgrowing B2B edtech environments
• Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen persuade and support
• Organized detailoriented structured and able to navigate the complexity
• Independent work style high level of commitment and serviceoriented mindset

Sufficient

• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
• Basic understanding of IT and departmental structures in large German corporations
• Able to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital analytical and technical fields
