Project Manager – Complex Projects

Tasks

Responsibility for project control

Plan and organize the project meetings

Plan and implement process optimizations for the project committees and meetings

Provide guidance and support to project teams and business partners

Ensure monitoring of progress against all projects is timely and accurate

Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are being documented, monitored and proactively handled to minimize disruption to successful delivery, escalate appropriately when needed

Requirements

Bachelor's, master's degree, graduate diploma or comparable education with corresponding experience

At least 3 years of experience within IT Projects

IPMA Certificate, Prince2 or similar

At least ITIL v3 Foundation

Domain knowledge with Tools: Sharepoint/Jira/Confluence/MS Office/MS Visio/MS Project

Project Management: Change-, Risk Management, Project Planning, Reporting

Good and confident communication skills

Experience working in creation of Knowledge-Assets and reusables for future projects

Fluent in English and German
