Project Manager Analytics

LOCATION: 1 Park Ave. New York NY 10016

This is a HYBRID role. The consultant has to work onsite 2 days per week.

DURATION 6 to 12 months contract

START DATE: Within 2 weeks

1END CLIENT NYU Longhorn (through TrueMetrics)

VISA STATUS Only US Citizens GC GC EAD (who can join directly)

PAY RATE $60 on 1099/C2C (the rate may I say will purely depend on relevant experience. You should infact be able to find somebody under $60/hr for the kind of experience the client is looking for)

Note: this is more about crossfunctional duties and communication guiding the people and delivery NOT focused on product creation (software language) etc.

1. This person is managing the workflow and process.
2. This person is daytoday Clickup agile board management project management and communication communication communication.
3. Have some experience with analytics platforms and reporting.
4. The client would not prefer candidates with over 10 years experience. An ideal candidate would be somebody with 78 years experience of which 23 years strong experience in Project Management will do.

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Project Manager Analytics Program in Communications & Marketing.

Overview

The Project Delivery Manager will support the various daytoday data needs of the Communications and Marketing organization at NYU Langone Health. The digital touchpoints include public websites patient portals and tools cuttingedge mobile apps advanced visitor kiosks marketing automation tools and institutional signage. The Project /Delivery Manager role is crucial to the overall advancement of MarTech Analytics practice driving the development of a bestinclass analytics infrastructure to enable a solid framework for datadriven decisionmaking around our Digital Patient Experience our workforce experience and our Communications and Marketing practices.

The Project Manager will manage the crossfunctional MarTech Analytics team workflow including data engineering (data collection & integration) dashboarding analysis & insights and data strategy.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from ideation and planning to success and delivery. This person will be expected to act as the primary point of authority and accountability for the project(s) assigned to them. You will work with immediately embedded team members as well as external stakeholders in other departments and other project managers to keep team velocity optimized.

In this role the Project Manager will manage complex enterprise projects ensuring they are delivered on time with a high degree of quality as well as ad hoc and routine team deliverables.

Project Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

• Assembling project plans milestones and goals.
• Tracking key milestones and adjusting project plans as needed managing and mitigating risk
• Owning traditional scrum activities such as: resolving blockers facilitating estimation of work requirements documentation crossteam meetings and recurring ceremonial meetings (grooming standups retros etc...)
• Task assignment
• Ownership of progress communication
• Workflow ownership
• Responsible for managing ad hoc work timelines delivery and status
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
• Reconcile conflicts
• Synthesize highlevel information into details
• Abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding
• Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience with JIRA Confluence ClickUp and other project management platforms
• Experience with Kanban boards
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Process management and optimization
• Identifying and managing competing priorities
• Team management/oversight
• Stakeholder management
• Experience working with digital teams and analytics or data teams preferred

Additional Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively organized structured very proactive and vocal.
