Roles and Responsibilities:

The PMO Specialist will play a key role in overseeing and managing various HR technology projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR technology projects including HRIS implementations talent management system upgrades and other related initiatives ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders IT teams vendors and other key stakeholders to define project scope requirements and deliverables and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed to facilitate timely resolution and decisionmaking.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources including internal team members external consultants and vendors to ensure optimal allocation and utilization in support of project objectives and priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency effectiveness and scalability of HR technology project delivery within the organization.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including project plans status reports change requests and other relevant artifacts and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Human Resources or related field. Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on HR technology implementations and/or transformations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes systems and best practices with experience working with HRIS platforms talent management systems and other HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a keen attention to detail and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project JIRA or Asana and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
