Project Management based on SAP ACTIVATE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   • Develop and maintain project plans outlining tasks timelines and resource requirements.
   • Lead the execution of SAP ACTIVATE methodology ensuring adherence to best practices.
   • Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.

2. Stakeholder Management:

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders SAP consultants and project team members to define project objectives and requirements.
   • Communicate project status updates and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

3. Resource Management:

   • Allocate and manage project resources effectively to meet project goals.
   • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment of efforts.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality SAP solutions.
   • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

5. Change Management:

   • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of SAP solutions.
   • Address resistance and proactively manage the impact of changes on the organization.

6. Budget and Cost Management:

   • Develop and manage project budgets ensuring cost control and optimization.
   • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to project stakeholders.

7. Documentation:

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters risk registers and lessons learned.
   • Ensure compliance with organizational and SAP documentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing SAP implementation projects using ACTIVATE methodology.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
• Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies.
