For the GEODIS Region EUROPE with its headquarters in Frankfurt we are looking for a:

Project Logistics Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

A variety of tasks are waiting for you amongst others:

• To qualify and generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on Renewable Energy and Capital Projects in the EUROPE Region
• To assist in designing the strategy for the regional development of EPCs Renewable Customers and Project Owners
• To monitor the strategy agreed with Project Logistics head office and ensure application regionally
• To attend customer events exhibitions and meetings (internal & external) and deliver presentations about our industry solutions
• Owning and supporting RFIs and RFQs and ensure the bids are completed
• Create new tailormade products to increase market share
• To elaborate and propose future budgets to headquarters on commercial opportunities

Requirements

You bring along:

• You have a proven record of international business development success
• You not only have indepth knowledge of the industry and the project logistics market but also freight forwarding experience
• You have the skillset to talk the project logistics language with customers and turning customer requirements into business opportunities
• You can both work in teams and lead them
• You enjoy extended trips
