Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customerfocused Project Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Gevmes registration omnichannel and onsite solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for gathering and understanding client requirements configuring and implementing Gevme products and services to meet those needs and managing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to gather and document detailed user requirements.

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.

  • Configure and implement Gevme registration omnichannel and onsite solutions to meet client needs utilizing available tools and features.

  • Manage project timelines deliverables and milestones ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales engineering support) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of Gevme products and services.

  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues that may impact project success.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to management and clients.

  • Stay uptodate on the latest Gevme products features and best practices.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any Information and Communication Technology (ICT) courses or a related field.

  • 23 years of experience in project management or implementation roles preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and/or enterprise software is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English is required
