Project Estimator

Role Description

The Project Estimator will be responsible for daytoday tasks such as construction estimating project estimation budgeting cost management and communication with colleagues and clients. Items of work include but are not limited to; grading drainage plant selection and placement hardscapes water features lighting etc.

Qualifications

Expertise in cost management construction estimating project estimation and budgeting.

Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment and with clients.

Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

A Bachelors degree in Construction Estimating Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

A valid drivers license is required.

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for the role are experience with AutoCAD and other CAD software experience in hardscape construction and familiarity with landscape design software. The candidate should be able to interpret blueprints have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
