Project Engineer - Oil And Gas

Our client is the production company in oil and gas They are looking for the Project Engineer to join.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer specializing in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) for our Oil and Gas projects. As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of E&Irelated activities within the projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of E&I components in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce projectrelated policies procedures and systems to ensure contractors align with bid document requirements.
• Analyze operational needs for enhanced safety efficiency and technical solutions providing cost estimates and overseeing execution.
• Support Operations in addressing E&I issues identifying facility bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.
• Collaborate in Equipment FATs and SATs to guarantee optimal equipment performance upon delivery.
• Optimize inventory usage for brownfield modifications and contribute to conceptual development of new projects.
• Assist in RFQ development technical bid evaluations and procurement processes.
• Deliver work packages provide technical information and facilitate the execution of offshore projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers negotiate costs and specifications and ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor E&I works progress evaluate technical aspects and provide necessary support for successful project completion.
• Supervise installation commissioning and handover processes ensuring adherence to project objectives and quality standards.
• Review progress reports address any deviations from cost or schedule targets and recommend corrective measures when necessary.
• Manage contractor progress reports prepare accurate updates and facilitate timely planning in alignment with company standards.
• Claim warranties for equipment failures in accordance with contract terms to uphold project integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree or higher in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering as the professional qualification.
• More than 15 years of project experience in Oil & Gas both of Green field and Brown Field.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation systems design installation and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication teamwork and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
