Requirements:
- Must have 0.51 year of experience in construction project supervision and/or management for commercial and residential projects above $200000 in value.
- At a minimum of an Associates Degree preferably in construction management or a business concentration.
- Must be able to manage a team work well with others and adhere to management directives.
- Strong skills in organizing planning and implementing project controls to meet strict deadlines.
- Must have strong communication skills including speaking and writing professionally.
- Must have strong computer skills and able to use all programs in Microsoft Office.
- Experience and certifications in Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.
