Project Development Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Development Associate for Corporate Innovation and Special assists his / her Project Development Manager on the various priming projects both for residential and township projects. His/her scope includes doing feasibility studies project design and planning research on latest real estate trends and competition and implementation of various priming projects. The Project Development team for Corporate Innovation and Special Projects champions project success by leading and working with their external and internal partners to ensure timely accomplishment of milestones.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of feasibility studies and market scans.

Coordination with external and internal partners to ensure project is within budget and is completed on a timely manner.

Conceptualization and implementation of priming efforts both for residential and township projects.

Overall project monitoring including site oculars.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management Marketing or equivalent.

Preferably with 12 years of real estate experience or brand management or project management experience in other industries.

Experience in brand management for luxury brands and products is a plus.

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
