Project Coordinator

PLAYSENSE is looking for a structured and organized Project Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of projects within the agency and coordinating tasks.

PLAYSENSE is an independent creative agency and production studio serving clients such as Wargaming Ubisoft Riot Games and others in the gaming and entertainment industry. With a global distributed team we provide innovative advertising solutions tailored to our clients needs.

Tasks

• Manage the distribution of incoming requests to the appropriate teams
• Assign appropriate resources to the tasks and projects
• Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources prioritizing tasks or assigning additional staff
• Communicate status updates timelines and deliverables to clients managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within budget maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with outsourced teams to extend capacity as needed
• Plan capacity to ensure sufficient resources to deliver upcoming projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in project and task management preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Indepth knowledge of project and task management processes and tools (such as Jira Notion Google Suite Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional and remote teams.
• Proficiency in English (upperintermediate level or higher).
• Knowledge of creative processes including art graphic design copywriting and video production is a plus.
