Project coordinator
Our Client:
Access Solutions Industry
Days 8.30am 5.30pm
Ubi
UP $3000 Basic OT pay
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management scheduling and execution including coordination with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Manage site activities project teams subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct preinstallation inspections and determine site conditions for installation.
- Prepare and submit site installation drawings AsBuilt Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Provide maintenance training.
- Carry out testing and commissioning of equipment and systems including fire alarm testing and Regulatory Inspection (RI).
- Provide technical support through testing commissioning material preparation and production specifications..
Requirements:
- 3 year experience in construction industry
- Min. Nitec in engineering
- Class 3 driving licence
