- Liaising and communicating with teachers, supervisors, trainers and relevant authorities;In order to follow up the work and implement the project activities.
- Coordination of meetings and field visits related to workshops, seminars and training within the school, sites and institution.
- Follow up on all correspondence and communications related to the project regarding the role and tasks of the coordinator.
- Prepare the necessary materials, stationery and resources related to the project.
- Reserving the institution’s facilities and venues for holding workshops at the sites, in coordination with the relevant authorities, and ensuring the readiness of any necessary logistical equipment.
