- Preparing an integrated development plan with the member institutions, which includes a plan for follow-up and various supervision, especially with regard to awareness campaigns, pressure campaigns and various advocacy
- Review and update the data of the member institutions periodically and ensure the integrity of the files for each institution and the required documents and adherence to the standards agreed upon in the membership and documenting the data of the member institutions according to the rules, including digital and paper documentation through files and through the computerized information management system
