Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Project Coordinator of Cost Segregation works closely with Management Engineers Sales Team and
Clients to ensure that the accurate information is documented tracked and recorded as well as assisting
the heads of operations to ensure projects are processed in a timely manner. The main goal for this position
is to process each phase of each project and develop an exceptional rapport with all parties involved for
each account and assist the Lead Engineers.

This is a Remote Position open to candidates in the United States with valid work authorization.

Requirements

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Must be highly organized and exceedingly detail oriented
Must be able to manage time effectively
Must be a resourceful selfstarter with ability to multitask
Must be a team player
Must able to manage numerous tasks and clients simultaneously and effectively
Must provide support to engineering team with scheduling and project managementMust effectively manage projects from start to finish
Prior Project Management Experience a plus
