Job Description

- Conduct technical assessments for the targeted locations ( Jabalia, Beit Lahia, Biet Hanaoun, Um Elnasser).
- Lead consultation discussions with municipalities and community members to implement community initiatives and to identify rehabilitation and renovation work.
- Conduct regular field visits to project site locations.
- Maintain up-to-date documents and records related to all aspects of duties and responsibilities.
- Assist in on-going collection of data-monitoring.
- Follow up construction and rehabilitation activities.
- Conduct a local market assessment, Preparing Bill of Quantities, and prepare tenders documents.
- Ensure safety and security standards of construction and rehabilitation activities.
- Liaising with NGO's, neighborhoods committees’ vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the engagement of all stakeholders in the discussion of the rehabilitation plans and implement community initiatives.
