Project Assistant

As an early hire to the organisation this role presents the opportunity to grow with Green Ibex by bringing success to their sustainability projects and client relationships.

The role

As a Project Assistant you will be the link between our clients business and the sustainability project we are delivering.

Working closely with the Sustainability Manager and the CEO you will work closely with clients to deliver their sustainability objectives. You will set the strategic direction of projects identify the action to be taken and present and report on the options available.

Day to day you will be delivering the following;

• Great customer support and relationship management with the client
• Implementing project plans
• Maintaining momentum and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
• You will also be responsible for project reporting and risk identification
• Providing analysis of outcomes
• General administration support

This is a brand new role so you will be ready to develop processes and systems to make delivery as efficient and effective as possible.

This is an extremely independent and proactive role where you will be solving problems looking ahead and keeping the projects moving.

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• IT and technology skills
• Experience of either busy projects or business coordination
• Analytical and reporting skills

The recruitment process will include an initial call with a member of the Talent Tent team followed up with interviews with Green Ibex for the successful candidates.
