Will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for unit patients. Plan, implement, revise and delegate nursing care Perform necessary technical skills as delineated through education, expertise, and unit requirements. Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
There are many specialty units you can choose from as your career progresses
Some of these include: ICU, Cardiovascular, Surgical, Oncology, Emergency Room.
Requirements
Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required
Acute care experience required
Critical Care or PACU experience preferred
State of Florida RN License required
BLS required at the time of hire
ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire required
TNCC required within six (6) months of hire
CPAN or ASPAN preferred

Shift times: Night Shift 7pm 7am
Willing to train- 1 year of any kind of RN exp would be acceptable
SIGN ON : $7,500.00, Relocation: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 (pending distance and HR approval)
Shift Diffs: $4.25 Night Shift Only
Education: Possess a Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: At least 1 year prior experience in an acute rehab, skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred License/Certification: Current Connecticut RN license in good standing Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire.
