Creador Foundation is currently looking for a passionate Programme Assocaite to work on our digital financial education program Multiply specifically targeted towards women from lowincome households in India. The Programme Associate will play a important role in managing and building partnerships to enhance content outreach and driving feedback collection from the users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving financial literacy rates in India and possess excellent research and communication skills. The selected candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package alongside other benefits. The selected candidate will be based out of the Foundation s office in Mumbai India.
The Programme Associate will work closely with the Programme Manager in continuing to build Multiply and contribute towards achieving the larger outcomes of the foundation. This includes:
Strategy and Partnerships
Work with the team to establish and review strategic priorities and convert them to actionable implementation plans.
Support the Programme Manager in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with foundations NGOs influencers and other stakeholders to expand the programs reach and impact.
Visit the communities and help train the Trainers/Staff of the Partner Organization on Multiply
Collaborate with partners to leverage their networks and platforms for content dissemination and audience engagement.
Feedback Collection and Evaluation:
Design and conduct regular feedback collection exercises to assess the effectiveness and impact of the digital financial education program.
Analyze feedback data and user metrics to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions.
Implement evaluation frameworks to measure the programs success and impact on improving financial literacy rates.
Create Feedback and Impact reports from time to time to inform the product design
Content Research
Conduct Needs Analysis with the program participants to understand their content needs
Research and find new topics that would be relevant to the program participants
Requirements
The minimum qualifications are:
23 years professional experience in a relevant field including nonprofit work finance education or consulting.
Passion for education content creation and improving financial literacy rates in India.
Experienced in conducting research projects with data collection data analysis skills
Strong understanding of financial literacy concepts and issues facing lowincome households in India.
Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. education communication business finance or related disciplines).
Additionally the successful candidate will possess the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and accessible content.
Strong project management skills including planning organizing and coordinating multiple tasks and priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
A good communicator (conversationalist presenter and writer) able to communicate with a broader audience about the initiatives supported by the Foundation
