Program Supervisor

Jamison Perry has partnered with a company in Las Vegas to find a Program Supervisor. This position will manage the services program elements and an environment that promotes safety and maximizes the functional abilities and wellbeing of individuals served. This position is salaried $40000 and is a fulltime role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report suspected Abuse Neglect and Exploitation (ANE) within 24 hours or as mandated by state law.
• Provide an environment that promotes safety and wellbeing for individuals served staff and volunteers including staffing ratios supplies equipment general cleanliness and facility maintenance.
• Assist in orientation staff development and training.
• Provide necessary coaching supervision and corrective action as needed.
• Assist for program operating in a costeffective manner within budgetary guidelines (i.e. accuracy of individual enrollment attendance billing supply ordering and management.
• Review and monitor client and staff payroll.
• Conduct compliance of individuals documentation (i.e. quarterly reports ID notes individual/family communications Person Centered Plans all data tracking documentation as well as volunteer hours and consent forms).
• Ensure staff participation in goalspecific activities and documentation of individuals progress towards individual goals.
• Collaborate and coordinate care with other direct care professionals including nursing and care coordination staff
• Assist in compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Actively participates in community networking public education and individual advocacy.
• Conduct client abuse isolation neglect and exploitation investigations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Required: Bachelors degree in Human Services or Health Care field with one year of verifiable work experience in a management role in the Human Services or Health Care field or a High School Diploma OR equivalent with six months in a leadership role in Human Service or Health Care Field OR 1 year in a leadership role.
• Required: Nevada Drivers License and a clean Driver History.

Fingerprinting and an extensive background check will be administered if offered the position.
