Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: BS/BA in engineering business security or related fields or equivalent alternative education skills or practical experience is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with less than 4 users of Agile Program/Project Management experience will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain examples of experience with Agile Program Management examples of data visualization work and examples of work supporting cloud identity services.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on delivery of ad hoc PowerBI Dashboards and Reports within the first workmonth and a wellgroomed ADO work backlog within the first two workmonths.

Hard Skills Assessments
Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP.
Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include questions about data access/queries and visualization/reporting with PowerBI.
Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have a descriptive summary of a data visualization summary (project) prepared prior to the assessment.

Drive program/project schedules and status reports using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Create maintain and optimize project status dashboards and reports using PowerBI for stakeholder reviews.
Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Communicate with users when required to drive action items completion for identity/security compliance tasks.

Required Qualifications:
4 years experience in Program Management or equivalent experience driving largescale projects through effective collaboration influence and clarity.
BS/BA in engineering business security or related fields or equivalent alternative education skills or practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Azure services for identity and access management (AAD / Entra ID).
Experience with Agile or similar project and workplanning and work delivery.
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile project management tasks.
Experience using PowerBI to create project status reports and program dashboards.
Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities:
Provide technical project and program management for a crossfunctional highly visible team delivering Identity & Access Management in Microsofts corporate cloud environment.
Organize and lead projects; show progress on planned execution across work sprints.
Create and communicate program status using PowerBI reports and dashboards communications to project stakeholders and advisories to service users. Build the one stop shop for work status risks issues and completion across multiple (concurrent) workstreams.
