As the Learn Product Operations Leader you will lead the full PDLC ROBs; from Product feedback Planning to Product Release & Launch Management ensuring operational excellence. In this role you will be the architect and driver of the Product operating model leading the evolution of our operational cadences and product KPI management to enable effective execution of the Learn product strategy. You will be working with crossfunctional teams across Program Management Engineering Design Content Partnerships and various Business Partners.
Own and evolve the Learn Product Planning in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
Develop and refine the Rhythm of Business (ROBs) for the product organization identifying key forums milestones and operational processes.
Assist in the development of product KPIs and Strategic OKRs working across product leadership ensuring alignment across teams.
Lead analysis of Product KPIs metrics and data to track product performance and identify areas for improvement to enable datainformed decisions.
Partner with Skilling Program Management to ensure operational processes are efficient related to execution of strategic programs.
Collaborate with Product Leaders to implement best practices and processes for product lifecycle from concept to endoflife.
Own the product development tooling and administration ensuring adoption and compliance of best practices. (ie: DevBox & Github Copilot adoption)
Defining documenting and maintaining release processes in partnership with Engineering and Skilling Program Management
