Program Manager Manufacturing

Position Name:Manufacturing Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead manufacturing-based applications like GE MES, Rockwell Pharma Suite, LIMS, Maximo, Manufacturing/Warehouse Automations, pre-weigh and ABS, digital twin
• Experience in GE MES, LIMS, and Manufacturing based automation
• Experience in integration of manufacturing-based automation, with the SAP ECC system
• Nice to have, someone familiar with Industry 4.0 technology delivery
• Plan & Estimate to manage end-to-end project execution
• Work closely with the implementation partner & the customer, to ensure the smooth delivery of the project
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and familiarity with the various phases
• Assist business process redesign, provide functional and technical specification documentation
• Ensure seamless integration into existing processes and systems
• Oversee the development and execution of various test cycles
• Plan and schedule training activities for project teams and end users
• Support or lead validation activities
• Controlling Project/Program Costs
• Documenting and highlighting Issues and Risks.
• Ensure timely delivery of the project
• Should have worked in an offshore onsite delivery model & work with global remote teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to speak Japanese
