About the role:

As we continue to grow and expand our operations we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

The Program Manager will play will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our project and program management processes. Working closely with our Engineering Data Marketing Research Sales and Management teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligning with the organizational goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership strategic planning and communication skills along with a proven track record of managing complex projects within a dynamic environment.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $100000$150000 (actutal compensation will be determined on experience location and other factores permitted by law).

What You ll Do:

• Develop and implement program management frameworks methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and project teams ensuring alignment with strategic objectives timelines and budget constraints.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels across all stakeholders including executive leadership project teams and external partners.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
• Facilitate project prioritization resource allocation and risk management processes to optimize project portfolio outcomes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows resolve conflicts and drive alignment towards common goals.
• Lead and participate in regular project status meetings steering committees and executive briefings to provide updates on project progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive project documentation including project charters plans status reports and postproject reviews.

Requirements :

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration project management or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience in program management project management or related roles preferably within techcompanies..
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies tools and techniques with a focus on Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
