Position Overview:

Our global delivery organization seeks an experienced Program Manager for a large federal application delivery and transformation program.

As the Program Manager you will have a unique opportunity to transform modernize and migrate missioncritical services to a Cloudfirst adaptive userdriven platform. This is a highvisibility role in a premier agency with a mandate to change the way of working modernize legacy systems launch new mobilefirst user experiences and deliver significant impactful value for a global user base.

Your Typical Day:

(Stuff you will typically do your key responsibilities)

Own the successful execution and delivery of a multimilliondollar multiproject multiyear transformation effort.

Lead and guide the work of program/project/technical staff. Serve as liaison between government business and contractor staff. Plan programs/projects and assess business implications.

Ensure mission readiness by enabling Systems Development and Operations teams to be fully engaged in implementing DevSecOps and Agile frameworks.

Define a roadmap execution and adoption plan at the program level and lead the program management and delivery functions such as program planning resource management risk management stakeholder management quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Government stakeholders and end users in a multivendor environment to

Ensure proper performance of tasks necessary for the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.

Be the primary interface with the Contracting Officer (CO) Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager.

Develop obtain buyin and regularly report on program metrics and measurements with ondemand availability for stakeholders.

The Requirements:

10 years of experience in program management with a demonstrable track record for customer success.

8 years of progressive experience managing large programs for the Federal Government.

3 years of recent relevant experience managing contracts over $100M in the application development and modernization area.

Experience crafting a strategic vision for a complex organization balancing modernization needs aligned with critical ongoing operations and maintenance requirements.

Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis resource allocation project costing deliverable tracking scheduling financial data monitoring and reporting for large complex Federal programs.

Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communication skills.

US Citizen with active Secret or TS Clearance.

Active Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI.
