Program Manager HR Unite 12 months Brussels
Mission:
The program team is looking for additional capacity to map the to be processes in an endtoend way. And so create a roadbook for the main processes containing the process steps with reference to:
roles (actors)
available Workplace Instructions (WPI)
supporting tools (end user computing tools)
documents/letters to be delivered
With regards to the supporting tools ING wants to have an assessment and (if required) a remediation so they are working correctly in the to be process.
With regards to the documents/letters the role will be a single point of contact for the tech team to deliver the documents/letters and to make sure they comply with the minimal legal requirements and make sure they fit the to be process.
Goal:
The roadbook must guarantee readiness in the target People Services operational model a consistent approach over the processes and legal/policy compliancy of the delivered services.
Deliverables:
E2E Process description per HR Process including documents used.
WPI framework / First draft per process
Visio map per HR Process
Indication of major changes as opposed to current situation
Roadmap for End User Computing: solution for short run roadmap for long term
Overview of all documents needed in HR Processes and their role in the E2E process
Sources:
People Services process catalogue (SUPO) and the checklists in the legacy system of record (PeopleSoft)
Requirements
Skills:
General: information gathering eye for detail striving for efficiency and effectivity communication skills critical view
Specific: experience in process design knowledge of HR processes (knowledge of Workday use is a plus). With regards to supporting tools (end user computing): knowledge of Visual Basic.
Language:
English (knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus)
