Program Management Director

Responsibilities

• Create maintain and refine detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures) tracking project schedules and technical performance and leading both the business and technical teams.
• Coordinate interaction with the customers users and stakeholders and to keep the project team focused on the right goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans and tasks assigned to technical teams and users.
• Meet with the program offices to collect user requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
• Develop work estimates for system enhancements or new development.
• Perform testing on system changes to meet userdefined requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL
• 10 years of Experience in developing and maintain detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures)
• 10 years of Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation .
• 10 years of Experience in creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee
• 10 years of Experience with Budget and Financial Management including Cost Analysis/ Cost Benefits
• 5 years of Experience in leading and managing projects (5 years);
• 5 years of Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
• 5 years of Experience with risk tracking mitigation and issue tracking
• 5 years of Experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project management software to track and maintain projects
• 5 years of Experience in leading project teams and effectively conducting the project to meet project objectives
• 5 years of Experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
