The Program Manageris responsible for overseeing and conducting indepth analysis of project performance; Requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills a deep understanding of real estate project dynamics and the ability to drive strategic decisionmaking through comprehensive performance evaluation; Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct detailed and comprehensive analysis of project performance metrics including financial indicators timelines resource utilization and key performance indicators (KPIs); Oversee the performance of projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives; Collaborate with project teams department heads and senior management to establish performance expectations and key result areas; Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on the analysis of project performance data.
Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation framework for real estate projects encompassing key metrics and critical success factors; Regularly review and update the evaluation framework to adapt to changing business unit requirements; Identify opportunities for process improvement efficiency gains and costsaving measures based on project performance analysis.
Perform Ad hoc duties.
